Q: What is the delivery cost?

A: The delivery fee is dependant on the quantity & weight of the order, as well as the location you would like the order delivered to.


Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Delivery takes roughly 3-5 days, dispatched from Durban after proof of payment is received. Depending on the address you would like us to deliver to.



Q: What is the process to get my brand on my headwear?

A:  The artwork is to be supplied in a PDF or Vector file.

     A brief is to be given as to what your expectations are.

     We will do a design for you according to your brief & send you a sample image for your approval.

     Production will be completed after sample approval.


Q: What are the different styles of branding available?

Q: How do I provide you with the artwork of my brand?

A: All artwork is to be supplied in a PDF or Vector file via email –


Q: Can I have a sample made and how much would that cost?

A: A sample that is based on approved artwork will be made and an image sent for approval. Should you require further changes and samples thereafter (that were not initially briefed in) unfortunately, will be charged for.


Please note if you place the order and cancel at a later stage after we have made up a sample, we will invoice you for the sample and a setup fee.



Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do cater for a 1% rejection rate should the final products not be up to standard within 7 days of the product being completed, however as all Headwear Direct orders are customisable by the client, we cannot offer cash refunds but we will replace damaged stock.


Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Production will only commence once a sample is approved in writing, an order cannot be cancelled beyond this point. Should sampling be done and the customer decides to cancel the order, there will be a digitising charge per logo.


Q: Do you have a minimum quantity?

A: No we do not. However, there will be a set up fee charged for any branded orders with units less than 150.


Q: Do you have a maximum quantity?

A: Nope, the world is your oyster! Maximum quantity is dependant on availability of styles.


Q: Do you sell internationally?

A: Yes we do, however, the shipping would be at your own account.



Q: How are your caps made?

A: We are PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN. We supply headwear that is produced locally in a factory based in Durban. We also have a factory in China and reserve the right to replace any local stock with that from China should there not be any local stock available.


Q: How long will it take to make my order?

A: From order to completion, lead time is between 5 – 30 days
